If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, please email us at customerservice@pcidiot.com  within 10 business days and we will exchange your item for a similar, same cost item. Computer Idiot will allow one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping but Computer Idiot will pay for shipping the exchanged item back to you.  We will not ship new exchange merchandise until we receive the items you are exchanging. The returned item must be in original condition (not washed, worn, dirty or damaged) and must be received by Computer Idiot within 30 days from original purchase date. We will not accept returns and/or exchanges after the 30 day period.

If you were mistakenly shipped the wrong item or the item is defective, Computer Idiot will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the cost of shipping you a replacement.  Please see our full return policy under our Policies link.
